  • Prices quoted are for each unit
  • Flat 2 and Flatlet 7 can accommodate one extra person
  • Flatlet 6 can accommodate one extra person on a sofa bed
  • If an extra bed is used there will be a charge of £10 for linen
  • # £40 Reduction if only two people in the flats these weeks
  • Cancellation insurance is available on request
  • Please note; Montana is a NON SMOKING establishment

BOOKING CONDITIONS
  • Only the persons listed on the booking form are permitted to use the accommodation unless prior permission is agreed with proprietors.
  • When booking a 25% deposit is required. The balance of the total amount must be paid 28 days before start of the holiday. Cheques to be made payable to R. SEAWARD .
  • So that damage or breakage may be rectified, please report immediately. We regret there could be a charge.
  • Guests should be covered by their own insurance for all personal property (including car & contents) as no responsibility can be accepted by the proprietors.
  • Guests will not allow the premises to be occupied by anyone who is suffering from an infectious disease.
  • Guests will not hold the proprietors responsible for any loss, illness, damage or injury arising from any cause whatsoever during their stay.
  • Premises must be kept clean and tidy.
  • We can only accept couples and families.
  • Please consider other guests, particularly with regard to televisions and radios, these shall be kept at a reasonable volume especially between 10.30 P.M. and 9.00 A.M.
  • With consideration for all our guests we regret that we cannot accept pets
  • Accommodation is available from 3.00 P.M. on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00 A.M. on the day of departure.
