BOOKING CONDITIONS
-
Only the
persons listed on the booking form are permitted to use the
accommodation unless prior permission is agreed with
proprietors.
-
When
booking a 25% deposit is required. The balance of the total
amount must be paid 28 days before start of
the holiday. Cheques to be made payable to
R. SEAWARD .
-
So that
damage or breakage may be rectified, please report immediately.
We regret there could be a charge.
-
Guests
should be covered by their own insurance for all personal
property (including car & contents) as no responsibility
can be accepted by the proprietors.
-
Guests will
not allow the premises to be occupied by anyone who is
suffering from an infectious disease.
-
Guests will
not hold the proprietors responsible for any loss, illness,
damage or injury arising from any cause whatsoever during their
stay.
-
Premises
must be kept clean and tidy.
-
We can only
accept couples and families.
-
Please
consider other guests, particularly with regard to televisions
and radios, these shall be kept at a reasonable volume
especially between 10.30 P.M. and 9.00 A.M.
-
With
consideration for all our guests we regret that we cannot
accept pets
-
Accommodation is
available from 3.00 P.M. on the day of arrival and should be
vacated by 10.00 A.M. on the day of departure.
